Will a GT2/GT3 wing fit on my 07' Targa 4??

I have not been able to get a straight answer from any dealer. Can I purchase a rear wing like the GT2/GT3 has and install it on my 2007 Targa 4?? Will it get in the way of the rear vent spoiler that raises above 65MPH?? What do you think??

No it will not fit if you are keeping the stock decklid.
