1976 Porsche
 

Hello,

I have a 1976 Porsche 912 on original title. I have a few questions and don't know much about it:confused:. I acquired this Porsche from my neighbor who was moving out of state and did not want to take it with him:D. He had several classic cars and chose to let this one go. The car has been parked in my garage for approximately 4 years. I had the fantasy of fixing it, however I have 3 kids and a wife and don't have time to breathe none the less take this project on:eek: (who am I kidding:))! When we transfered the title it came back as 1976 porsche 2 door (no other description)? As I stated before, I thought it was a 912e and don't know anything about the car. The only information I have is the engine is 2.0 litre, 1971cc H4 (Horizontal) 122 cubic inch conversion opposed Air cooled. It has Cragar rims, Whale tale and flared fenders (after market). This is what I have gathered so far:cool:. Mr. Porsche is in fair condition considering it's 35 years old:). Interior needs work, body fair and engine starts but has an oil leak (gasket):confused: I'm considering selling it and need information on how and where to sell it? If anyone can provide me with assistance it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time.
