It's all about belief: what you believe to be true the thoughts you think determind your actions and choices and attract to you what you believe to be true. Like the woman who believes all men are jerks.
Her mind now takes this belief as a command to find jerks and to further ford vcm 2 confirn what she already believes so when she meets a guy who is not a jerk she won't notice him. She will be attracted to the jerk so that she can prove that she is right about her belief. I knew a woman who was beautiful but her boyfriend told her she was ugly and stupid and could never get another guy. When we tried to convince her she was pretty her eyes would glaze over and she would get this scared look as if we were trying to trick her or were crazy. All because SHE BELIEVED she was unatractive. That is what matters The whole secret is not a secret if you change what you believe you change how you act and how others react to you.
