My brother ordered something from Japan last year, but never received the item. I contacted them last year and complained about it, but nothing happened. This year, their phone # is answering machine only, but website is being updated for "July 4th Sale". I emailed them many time again about this problem, but never heard from them again. My brother's credit card was charged, but never received refund. I don't want anybody else to suffer the same thing.

I think it's a SCAM!
I've checked out this site and they only deliver via FEDEX ground delivery or UPS international delivery...so I can't see how it could be a scam site? They obviously sent the item and it has been lost by the courier.

You should make a claim via the courier, though looking at the date of the original post, it's too late for this action.
