Porsche 928 help.
 

Hi guys. My name is dan.
My shop owner has a 1984-86 Porsche 928. I know it has the 32 valve engine at least.
Heres the problem.
At exactly 2100 RPM in any gear, you can feel the car bog and then come back(but not to 100% power). We thought it could be a vacuum problem and changed some bad lines. Didnt really change the problem at all. Then we remembered that the owner tried to play around with the A/F ratio.
Im bringing it to school soon to see if the mixture is incorrect.

So have any of you guys had this problem before?
