cooling fan, headlight electrical issues
 

I need help please. I'm a first time Porsche owner and I'm having electrical and cooling fans problems. The passenger side fan will not stop running unless I remove fuse 3 or the Number 1 relay. I thought at first the problem was a bad relay so I changed number 1. That made no difference. I have tried putting the new relay in the headlight motor and the lights will not move. I've tested the power on the headlight motor where the relay goes and I've got almost 12 volts there. The head lights move very easy manually but put the relay in and nothing but that relay back in slot 1 and the fan comes on again. I know at 1 time the headlight motor was good the headlights used to move tell one night they freaked out and wouldn't stop going up and down so I pulled the relay. I've scratched my head so much on this it hurts any ideas I will be very thankful for,
