Default Spring and shock matching

Hi Everybody

I am wondering what eveybodys opinion is on matching Shocks and springs. I have Biltstein HD shocks front and rear. What spring rate and Torsion bar rate would fit these best for road use (that is hard road use, lol) with occasional autocross. I was planning so far on 250s for front with a 1inch riser (should lower it about 1/2 inch) and either 28 or 29s for the rear. I was going to match that with the 968 M030 front and rear sway bars. I was kind of considering the stage 2 Weltmeisters as well. I have read alot on this subject and think I have this all worked out but would really like an oppinion from somebody whom has used some of these mods. Thank you.... Oh and I have a 1986 944NA..
