HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!

HELLO I HAVE A 88 944 IM HAVING A NO START PROBLEM I CHANGED THE DME UNIT AND TRYED TO START IT THE TACH IS BOUNCING IT ACTS LIKE ITS NOT GETTING FIRE AND OR FUEL I NEED HELP IF ANYONE CAN LEAD ME IN THE RITE WAY.. I SEEN TO TRY AND USE A JUMPER BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GET ONE OR MAKE ONE MY WIFE IS GETING IMPATIENT WITH IT SO CAN SOMEONE PLEAS HELP ME

First off, kill the damn huge letters, lol everyone can see the regular size just fine.

Have you checked fuel, have you checked for spark? Start at the basics.
