1. what is the function/purpose of the lower rear spoiler under the rear bumper, and can you put oneona 944 that didnot come with one.?

2. how easy can someone install a chip from "autothority", and do they realy help?

It balances the wind forces at high speeds. You can put one on a car that didn't come with it, it just bolts on.

Chips install in about 20 minutes.
