oil type for 1988 turbo

Hello all, I am the proud owner of a 1988 turbo. I think its time to change the oil and I want to know what kind of oil is recommended. The car has 95000 miles on it.

If you are running synthetic, then 15w-50. If dyno oil, then 20w-50
