is it possable to take off the spoiler on a '83 porsche 944. and how.thanks

Yes, you can take it off. You must remove the door hatch pins (some models it is a 6mm triplesquare/cheesehead screw, and others it is an allen). Then it is about 6-8 phillips screws and off it comes.

To remove the side trim pieces requires making a special tool. Take a wide flat blade screw driver, and cut the blade into a 'U' shape. It will remove the security nuts holding on the strips. It will make more sense once you look at it....
