Boxster; limp mode & starting problems
 

Looking for assistance to get my 2000 Boxster back on the road. Here are the issues;

• starter does not always engage when attempting to start car
• replaced ignition switch about 2 years ago
• was starting after 3-4 attempts
• was running fine
• symptoms as above last Saturday, started, ran fine
• tried to restart about 3 hours later, dash lights flickered, started then died with in a couple of seconds
• now in limp mode
• P1502 code

Can anyone offer any advice?
