check engine light codes P1128:P1130:P0507

My "CHECK ENGINE" light keeps coming on. Each time I check the codes I get the same results. The codes are P1128, P1130 and P0507. Upon checking the code book, I find that each of the three codes give the same explanation. It is (short to B+ / above upperlimit / rich mixture threshold). Obviously this tells me what the problem is,but I don't know what it means. Can anyone help?
