Default Clicking Noise
I have a 2001 S and have begun to hear a "clicking" sound coming from the engine. It's worse when the engine is cold, but is still audible when it's warm. Oil level is AOK. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I have the same problem on my MY02 Boxster S.

I believe there are small aluninium cover plates in the engine somewhere that might be the problem.

Either that, or loose heat shield clips on the cats.
