Part question

Hi everyone, I feel a little bit embarassed for this but I am trying to buy a part I don´t know the name of. Does anyone know the name?, If so, Can they tell me where to order them right away...is the one circled in red in the photo.

Porsche dealer item only. I believe that is all included in 986.504.393.01C (Left side) which is just a rear side skirt trim piece.
