I just bought a remote key online from ebay. The key is compatible with the car but how do i programme it? Do i need the 24 digit key id number? The seller did not provide me with one. Is there anyother way to find out what that number is?

 

You are going to have to take it to a dealer to have it programmed.

 

yeah only the dealer can do it, but if you are in cali i know a cheaper place. BTW , have to do get the valey key to work? do i need to replace that as well. i had the same problem w/ keys last year
