Recomendation for a good car wax
 

Hi guys ,

I recently purchase a Boxter S and like to keep the original shine and smoothnes of
the paint but with so many car waxes I just do not know what is best for Porsches .
BTW car is great, my first Porsche ! Why I did not buy one before !

Be sure to use non-lint cloths, light weight (all cotton) cloths and using a clean t-shirt is good too. You don't want to stratch the paint/clear coat. I use maybe 6-8 cloths a washing. You will like Griots products. Read their manual for more tips for waxing and washing, especially the tire area.
If you get white lint on your car rag top (if black) use tape or a large FedEx packing slip by putting it on like a glove and removing the paper to expose the sticky area for lint removal. Someone who has a black rag top told me they use a black cloth, that way you can't see the lint! :) BTW no need to use soap on the top, just rinse with water. It is waterproof. Porsche has some cleaners/conditioners for the top.
