Window down 1/4 FIXED!!!!!!
 

After reading several post about the windows going down 1/4 and staying, I put it altogether, and have what I believe will solve 99% of the problems.

First it IS the micro switch in the top handle latch bracket. It should be an easy fix. First, remove both black plastic covers they pop off way too easy, see the two torks bits screws on each side, remove and drop down the latch mech. You will see the black plastic tab, stuck to the brass arm for the Micro-switch. Push it, and hear it click. Next, Yes you can bend it down carefully using a screw driver, its spring loaded so it may take a few trys. This will bring it down a little, but thats all thats needed.

Next, this is a two position switch, not one, when the arm is raised, you hear a click real quick, then after pushing it up the rest of the way, you hear the Second click, thats the window switch. If you bend the arm a bit, and it still does not work, check to make sure the Micro-switch is TIGHT in the mount, two little cheap push washers hold it on, and they do over time, come up a little with use, that pushes the switch out of adjustment, not the first click, but out of adjustment for the second click, a mini socket will push down to getboth tight. It seems the little cheap washers will come up over time, and driving and hitting a bump will be enough to click the second series in the switch.

Last, bending it does take a bit of time, so dont rush, and yes, you can break it, so beware!
