I have the PIWIS I copy and is all that you need. No need to pay for the Porsche Piwis2 for our 996. It cleared my airbag code so it easily paid for itself on the first try. It will come with the old software which may or may not work if you have a newer computer/os(I run it on an old XP laptop). But the old software is all you need for the 996.
