2004 Cayenne Transmission slip

My Cayenne has been slipping badly upon acceleration or downshifting to accelerate. Has anyone used additives to correct this problem or is this a $4,000 rebuild?:confused:

Additives aren't going to do anything. Have you done a filter and fluid change? It might buy you some time.
