Cayenne Questions! (Oil, Wheels & tires!)

Hi, I'm new at this.

1) Oil tursty! The dealer is telling me it`s normal to add Oil (1 can) every 1000 miles... Turbo are like that! Can anyone confirm this? How often should I schedule an Oil change?
2) Just installed 22" allow wheels with brand new Pirelly Scorpion, that needed spacers, and longer bolts. Torked to perfection! I still get vibration between 60 to 80Mph, I already balanced them twice (without finding anything wrong!) Any Idea?
3) Also, can anyone explain to me how the tires pression monitoring system work! Is there someting installed into each rim?
4) How about releasing a new DVD update for the Nav. system, this thing is crazy, everytime I go outside the main city, I'm driving blind.... I bought a 300$ handheld map gps, that give me more details than the 100K Porsche! (not a question, just frustation getting out!):(

I still love the beast!:)

1. Yes my turbo uses about a 1 quart every 1500 miles that is normal. Synthetics seem to work better and the oil does not brake down as quick. I still change the oil and filter every 3000 miles.
2. Did you high speed balance the tires. There is a difference between balanced and High speed balance. There is I promise?
