Hope some can help me.

I, we, are looking for a new to us SUV. Looking at a Mercedes Benz ML 300CDI 2010 and a Cayenne Diesel 2010.

I do like the style and look of the Cayenne a lot.
But, how is the Cayenne wehn it comes to safety, crash safety, features and so? As good as the MB?

I am thinking about side airbags, pre seat belt tensioners, and so. Do Porsche have that? Standard equipment?
Hard to find out about a old model, so I hope some can help me out.
