please hlp me with easy entry function on my Cayenne!!!

Well I just bought a cayenne. It's an 04 cayennesS with the turbo package.

I have one question. Due to me being fairly a large man, I really needed the easy entry function that I got in my cayenne, except now I can't figure out how to work the easy entry feature.

I have that little button right next to my steering (telescopic adjustements) wheel adjustements that is the "easy entry function" and I turned it on. just like it says that " The steering wheel moves into the frontmost, top position" and that does happen when I take the ignition key out of the car... but then it also says "when the drivers door is opened, the seat moves to the rear and into the lowest position" now that doesn't really happen.. the seat moves back about an inch, and doesn't move down AT ALL. Is this a programmed feature about how far back and down you want to move your seat for the easy entry/exit feature? there is a lot more that it can go back, and a lot of distance to go down. I can't fgure out how to program this.
