What tires?

Hi, I have a 2005 Cayenne Turbo and I will be replacing the tires on it soon. Currently, it is running some Advans 275/40/20 all around.
What tires do you guys use? What do you recommend?

Thanks!

RE: What tires?

Tires are like shoes...what shoes you buy depends upon what you need them to do. In NC, I can go with a good all seasons high performance tire but tend to stay away from a hp summer tire. I have been caught in snow storms in West Virginia near Snowshoe and appreciated the better traction of the all-seasons. I like Michelins and currently have a 4-set of Mich Latitudes 255/55R18 105V on my 2005 Cayenne Turbo; theywear well and provide a high level of grip. Looks like you are running 20s so that may impact your options. However, if I lived somewhere where I encountered snow often, I would consider buying both summer and winter sets of tires. You can go on Tirerack.com, type in your Porsche Cayenne Turbo, and they will give you a number of tire choices that meet the manufacturers recommendations.
