Hey GiacomoRS,

I'm actually in the process of designing a very similar extender for my '18 BRZ Limited 6AT. Do you think you would be able/willing to help me with finishing up the design and manufacturing?

I'm 6'10" and want a better angle for my arms.

Hi,
we must understand first which spline does the BRZ fits. Subaru normally shares Mazda spline. But a mate tried the Mazda-splined spacer on a BRZ and didn’t fit. I suppose the spline is the Honda-Toyota because of BRZ is a Toyota GT-86 too.

If you have a spare steering wheel for your car and you ship it to me, I can test the spline and manufacture a spacer that fits plug and play. At the end I’ll ship back both the spacer and the steering wheel.

NRG makes this hub adapter SRK-125H SRK-125H, 2012+ : Scion FR-S 2012+ : Subaru BR-Z 2001+ : Toyota Camry | Corolla 2005+: Toyota Tacoma 2006+: Toyota FJ Cruiser All : Toyota Matrix 2006+ : Toyota FJ Cruiser 2000+: Toyota Tundra

It's supposed to fit the BRZ, FR-S, Toyota Camry/Corolla/Tacoma/FJ Cruiser/Matrix/Tundra, and Lexus IS/LS, so looks like it's primarily the Toyota spline. Would you know the specs on that by chance? I'm pretty sure it's 17mm 33 spline.

I don't currently have a spare wheel, but it's not out of the question to get one if needed.

Would it also be possible to increase the extension from 2" to something like 4"? 2" is all I really need, but 4" would give me some extra play since the wheel telescopes and I could just push it in 1-2 inches.

The FRS/86/BRZ forum at https://reddit.com/r/ft86 would likely be very interested in this as well.

Thank you!

Default Intestered in extender

Hello I am interested in a extender for a 2007,
boxster with triptronic transmission & factory steering wheel.

My height is 6'5", and would be interested in a possible 3" extension
to enter & exit the vehicle easier. This issue has gotten me to
the point of considering selling the car due to lack of use.

Thank you
Thorne

Hi Justin,

yes we do!

Let me update this post later on with a video and few pics.

They’re ready in stock and available on our website SPACERSHOP.COM

Sorry for late reply. I couldn’t reach the forum for unknown reason, perhaps fault on my computer.

Cheers
