My dealer installed the Tooki system and after replacing it, fine tunning it, it doesn't work properly. I am going to return the car under the Lemon Law. We need hands free in California and the car just doesn't cut it under the new law.

What doesn't work David? I have done probably 100 of them. sure the software was a bit quirky in the beginning but it always worked. the new ones (tooki) enable voice dialing if the phone supports it making it a lot easier. They did release another update for it in Oct, which cleared up some issues with the cold stopping it from working. If you have any questions feel free to contact me, or have your dealer contact me on it and maybe I can get it straightened out for you. I personally add it to the system on the gateway and also the PCM utilizing the PIWIS diagnostic computer from Porsche.

About once a week, either my phone stops syncing or the radio doesn't work. They have tried fixing it since February and it just doesn't work. I can be talking on the phone, the phone disconnects and I cannot redial out or answer calls unless I shut the car down, wait a few minutes and then restart the car. As for the radio, at least twice a week, the radio won't let me change satellite stations even though I can change AM or FM. Again, if the stop the car and wait a few minutes and then restart, the radio will start working again.

Sounds to me it isn't the hardware, but the software, feel free to contact me and I will find you a competent shop in the area depending on what unit is installed. I had a series of issues that since Nov have been bullet proof since the new software

you can hit me up at www.northolmstedperfromance.com
