Default radio/head unit removal?

I need to remove my CDR24 head unit to plug in a Dension GW500 iPod adapter where the CD player would plug into. Can anyone point me to were I can find out how to remove? I've tried everything!

I have a 2008 Boxster S (RS60 Spyder)
Thanks Mark

Default RE: radio/head unit removal?

I believe it used to be on their site. Anyways start by removing the carpet side pieces of the center console, there is a T27 hidden in a slit in the carpet on both side, then remove the T20 screws holding the side panels, pull out and up on the panel. remove the 7mm screw on the passenger side of the radio, i believe it is 4m Allen wrench that holds the radio in (2 twists locks on either side of the radio) need 1/2 turn ... pull it out and hook it up...

Thank god you are not one of the people that want to put it under their boot...
