OK... I had a rattle and traced it to the rear tail pipe hanger bracket. The weld was broken at the tail pipe. Had it welded and a couple weeks later the rattle was back and the bracket was again broken at the tail pipe. Welded again... couple weeks later the rattle is back, weld is good but bracket right above the weld is broken????

Anyone have a tip, advice or similar problems... or a permanent fix???
