86' Porsche 944 water leak

Default 86' Porsche 944 water leak
Hello everyone my dad is selling his car but im wondering if his car problem will cost alot to fix. He says he has a water leak somewhere in rad system.

Worst case scenerio would be a waterpump leaking, which would run about $550 in parts (including timing belts since) or $1200 or so to have someone do it. Hard to tell with such little description of the leak.
