good afternoon all, my name is lee im in okinawa japan. as everyone knows that nissan skylines are big over here so yes i have one its a 1989 skyline GTR. its very clean and fun to drive, but here is the reason im here my mech. that does the work on my skyline just gave me a free car. A 1985-87? porsche 944 now its dirty but it has been sitting in his shop for about 8 to ten years so it has not had the weather hit it as you can see from the half inch of dust on the windows. here is what i need " some advice om getting the car running and what i need to do. i need p few parts one is an computer and a fuel pump. could you let me know how i could find these parts or if anyone has them i will be greatful

First thing before you do anything is replace the timing belt, rollers, and waterpump, or you are going to end up with bent valves in the head.

I would try and get a copy of the 944 Porsche workshop manuals. Those will help the most. They are about a 6 binder set, and can be found on ebay for a few hundred bucks. They will pay for themselves quickly.
