i was getting in my 944 the other day and my door handle opener broke off would any body know how to fix that?And a another thing my transmission has trouble shifting sometimes into 1st 2nd and 3rd mostly only when its cold for some odd reason??

 

You need to replace the entire door handle, which is a really fun job. For the transaxle, I would change gear lube, and put in something like a redline or swepco fluid which will help for cold shifting.
