Instrument Cluster Removal?

Default Instrument Cluster Removal?
I cracked my Instrument cluster in my 99' 911, went to the dealership to get them to put a new one in and they wanted to charge me a small fortune to do it. Does anyone have the diagram, or the know how of how to get the cluster out and put the new one in.
