Default Starting problem

When the engine is hot, after having been driven for some time (an hour for example), and the car is stopped, if I want to restart it, the engine starter doesn't run.It is necessary to wait for some time so that it starts again. The car has already been checked up at Porshe Portugal but they say everything is ok.

Default RE: Starting problem

i had the same problem with my 74 914. i was told vapor lock, then they said it was because i put the premium gas in the car and that they were not meant for that type of gas. i finally stopped this by still using the premium gas and whenever i fill up i put a half a bottle of the stp fuel injector cleaner with jet fuel and let it mix with the full tank of gas. it no longer does it. whether or not this is good i dont know. but it sure beats running over the toes on my right foot while trying to push start it, in heels no less. lol
