I miss my 911 dearly and only have $20,000 so what year(s) are the best, I noticed the prices get kind of strange in this range, so I am looking for the most trouble free. please help, I hate the 97 BMW 328 I bought, what a nightmare, and no fun either. Keep in mind I live in Orange County California as far as prices, but please tell me reliability>

 

A really nice 911 SC, or an decent 911 Carrera (84-89) with the 3.2L. I would try and find a Carrera, as the 3.2L engine is pretty solid.

 

You have got a nice car as it contains solid infrastructure in addition to the fine and modern engine.
