been having a strange prob with my 964. 1990. carrera 4 . mechanic has just replace front cv joint in the hope that this would sort the prob. basically after 15mins approx of running. when i go over bumps on my left hand front wheel the car slightly shudderes for a sec after. can feel it through the gear stick. new cv joint has been replaced and prob is still there. other poss cause mechanic says is the differential ?!? what does this involve and price ??? ahhhh

its going to be expensive...as you will need to take it to a porsche specialty place...is that what your regular mech is?
