Default 911 Caliper help

I am having a time rebuilding the calipers on my 71 911T, It has the ATE alum calipers on it. I can not seem to get the pistons to go in the housing, They seem to stop sliding over the pin that I guess is a guide. I am new to working on a Porsche, I play with Opel's more.. Is there a trick to it or is it just me Any help would be great

Hi, I haven't rebuilt these sort of calipers before, but I did find this thread... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsc...r-rebuild.html for you.

It looks like you have rotate the piston, or something?

I hope this helps, Kev.
