Hi folks. I just moved to California from Georgia and trying to register my car. The DMV could not find an emissions sticker and said I could not register the car without one. I called one Porsche dealer and the Porsche 800 number and got two different and wrong answers about where the sticker would be. So I took it to a Porsche dealer to get help finding it and was told there was no sticker, and I just needed to get an emissions test and show it to DMV. Well of course it past (2007 Boxster with 2700 miles), but that is unacceptable to DMV. The person today told me I need to get a sticker issued by the CHP. Has anyone else solved this puzzle?
