Default Differences between '02 & '03, C2 & C4?

Hi all. I'm looking to buy a Cabriolet. Anyone in here willing to share the subtleties between these model years and/or models? I have seen a few '03s in my range but saw one '02 that looks interesting. It is a C4. Is this feature worth getting? Either from a performance or resale standpoint. Or does it just contribute to higher maintenance costs (or known problems)? Also, could someone give me a rundown of basic differences between these two model years?

C2 stands for Carrera 2 & C4 stands for Carrera 4. The main difference between the C2 & C4 is that one is 2 wheel drive & the other is 4. They both handle differently and I would say that the C4 will have higher running costs because its more complicated.
