Hellow, my name is Shawn Mathews. I live in Hesperia, Ca. I am new to the world of Porsche, by means of a 1982 924 turbo. I obtained it from a co-worker for $900.00, and only 56k original engine miles. All is original on this car, accept the tires and other rubber items, but all hard parts are original. I am, however having problems. I am not getting power to the fuel pumps. The only way, is to hot wire them to the battery, through a switch in the dash, but not through the fuel pump relay. I just got a new relay on 10-21-07, but I am still not getting power to the pumps. Please help. I have been waiting to get this car started for eight months, and am no closer than the day I bought it. The car has only one dent in the rear left panal, and a seam seperation on the driver seat. I want to drive it. Again, please help me. I tryed to add pics, but I was told that the files were to big.
