Hey all. I'm new to the forum. I'm a big car guy. Most of my interest is in German cars. (VWs and Porsches) I drive a 04 Golf R32. It's a fun car but hope to have a porsche one day. Here are a few pics of my R32.

No real performance mods. Just a drop in K&N filter. Most of the mods I've done are OEM items that came on the Euro Spec. R32.

hmmm..im not that familiar with the R32..what have you changed over from the eurospec models?

 

I’ve replaced the side mirrors glass with the OEM blue tinted & split for non blind spots, the dome light/sun roof switch which now has light up icons and red LED lights that shine down on the console, head light switch which allows me to turn on just my parking lights without my headlights and enables the rear fog. The European spec R32 has better tuned struts, springs, and sway bars which sets the car about a ½” lower than the US model. It also has HID headlights with washers, navigation system and some other minor stuff. All of that adds up in price. I think the R32 goes for about $42k over seas.
