Default Looking at a 99 Carrera - HELP

I'm new to the forum and I'm looking at a 1999 Carrera that is for sale. Here are the specs on the car, wondering what you all think. The mileage seems high but I really don't know how "high" mileage can go with porsche's. I have been an Audi man for some time so just learning about the Porsche game. This is the info on the car, the guy wants $21,000.

Details:
1999 Porsche Carrera C2
Black ext. / Black int.
6-speed manual
Full Factory Aero Kit
Full Factory Carbon Fiber
Full Factory Leather
Factory Litronics
Factory 3-spoke Steering Wheel

Mods:
Tubi Exhaust
18in BBS REs custom finished
Pirelli PZero Tires
H&R race springs with H&R Track spacers
Custom 02 interior conversion
B&M Short Shift Kit
Techart Pedals
Kenwood 7in Touchscreen DVD/iPOD/NAV all working
JL Audio Component Speakers
Completely removable rear shelf subwoofer
Silver hood badge
Yellow Calipers

The car has 94,xxx miles. The car hasn't had any mechanical problems and all the updates have been performed. The clutch and rear main seal were replaced at 78 and the brakes are in good standing.

Seems like a good price for the car. If the clutch and rms have been done (and the rms isn't still leaking), then even better. Most of the guys over the 100k mark are doing the IMS bearing as well, too bad they didn't do it when they did the clutch.

PorscheDoc is right, this is a pretty good price for a car in this condition. The miles are not excessively high and it has a lot of options and looks to be in good condition.

I expect your ownership experience will be very good all around, provided you anticipate that this cars service and repair costs are higher and adherence to maintenance schedules a bit more critical than with other cars.
