Default New! 02 TT

After reading theDoc's 996 buyer's guide and motor rebuild on the 996 TT, I had tosignup. Few in the USare qualified to rebuild one? Then, there's 737 who, isanadventurer, like me.Mine will be flat-beddedhome to my garagein a few days. Its an 02 996 TT with the 6 spd. Last registration on Carfax says 17k on the clock. The corresponding stickers on it have been expired for 2 years, which means it's been sitting a long time. Sitting outside, too. Some guy stacked some scaffling next to it and scraped the paint.Itgot wet.How wet? we'll soon find out.Waterline looks up to the floor, or, it's possible thelast drive was in rain. No key. Nostart. The title is pending, but very close, Special Titles in my state have been very helpful.I knowsome and will have to guess the rest. The TT is my first porsche, but I'vesolved 8 other mysteries in the last 2 yrs. This is a tricky hobby.I got down to this point with an 06 G35 and lost it at the last second. I'vebeen smoked a few times, but still managed to have fun.

Embedded is one a just finished..

Nice car. I only had it for two days, and sold it. I was going to go through it and have the nose repainted, (spiderweb).
