Hello everyone, my name is ... well ... call me Tines!

Just to let you know a bit about me, I'm a college student going for an Automotive degree. Came across this site because I'm out doing a bit of research. I am seriously debating getting a junk 911 (not sure what year) and putting a lot of my time into working on it.

Though I have gained quite a bit of knowledge in the functions of the car, how to test and diagnose problem, and of course the repairs for it, I am still a complete novice. I have very little knowledge in models and the engines that come in which model. Which I'm doing a lot of research.

I will probably come on some other time and actually ask a real question, but till than if you have any advice I'd appreciate the help. Even if its just a forum post that you think I should read.
