Default Newbie looking for info

Hi, I'm Brian. I'm looking for a nice 87-89 911 cab, or a nice 90-94 Cab 964. It looks like I can get a pretty nice 964 cab for around $20-24K. I'm wondering why the 964 C4 cars seem to have not retained their values like the C2 cars. Does the 4WD have reliability problems? Thanks in advance for the help. This will be my first Porsche. I've always had a German car to fiddle with though.
Thanks again

I suspect they're less desirable because they're more expensive to maintain (more complex = more to go wrong/break = more maintenance = more ducats), and I've heard some consider them less fun to drive. Ever have a car that handled so well it was boring? Sounds crazy, but I think that's the general gist of it.

I agree with Vonov. The 4WD 911 is seen in a lesser light because it's seen as being "boring." If going backwards through a hedge is your thing, get a C2.[sm=lol.gif]
