Default at take off

Hi, I'm new to the forum, I got my 81 911sc last year. It hesitates when starting out but runs out good at the top end. How do I get rid of the hesitation?

Have you done a simple tune up, cap, plugs, wires, rotor, fuel filter?

What about the cap and rotor? Also, have you had the CO checked?
