Try compact and repair feature of MS Access to repair and recover corrupt access database file. If this method does not work then try third party tool, Kernel for Access database recovery software is best option in case of access database recovery.

Hi,
You can make use of the newly integrated Microsoft Detect and Repair Tool. To repair the corrupted access database file you need to launch the tool from within MS Access. This will help you to repair the corruption but if not then you can make use of the MS Access Repair and Recovery software. This will help you to fix any type of access database corruption and it compatible with all versions of Windows OS.

Must use Compact and Repair technique before going to use any Access Database recovery app. Compact and Repair is another recovery technique that can also and easily recovers complete data from corrupt or inaccessible Microsoft Access Database with all objects including modules, forms, reports, indexes, relations, and queries.
