is it me or does it just seem as if no one is on this forum..... where is everyone??

Has anyone got any good ideas on how to make it more popular?

 

The problem was about a year ago, there were so many idiots (i don't know how to say it any nicer) on this forum. It was all about, how can I get 400hp out of my 944NA, and was pretty much a joke among the other forums. Guys would sit here an argue that you could make stupid horsepower easily out of a 924 engine, etc. They would make outrageous claims they invented the question mark. Sometimes they would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Oh sorry...went off on a tangent, can you guess where it came from?

Now most of that crowd has been run off, but the reputation still remains. It is not easy to grow a porsche forum, when you have large established forums out there (pelican parts, rennlist, 6speedonline, flat-six (which is now pretty small), clarks-garage, 986forum, pete's boxster board, I could go on for awhile like this).

yea i see what you guys are saying, so they were just people talking just to talk... i like realistic talk.... so i guess i like it like it is... after all, i think the only people remaining are true Porsche lovers and that is what is important!!
