Road Rally Challenge + Road Course, Oval and Drag Strip
I thought you guys woud be interested in this event... Should be a hoooot
Join the fun and come do something completely different this spring! If you have ever wanted to drive on a race track, this weekend is for you. It doesn’t matter if you have never done anything like this before, you will have a great time.
This is not a race event, it’s a timed event. You will run on a drag strip Friday evening… a road course on Saturday and a banked oval on Sunday; all wrapped in a road rally from track to track! PLUS, with your entry we are going to send you a Pinewood Derby Car kit and you’re going to race that Saturday night at the social Party!
And yes, that will count to your weekend points, as will the reverse steer autocross: a vehicle that when you steer one way, it goes the other!
This is one awesome open track day event, with no competition license required, just a street legal car. You can use the race car if you want, just get a plate and insurance on it and ensure it meets highway requirements, including noise…

Two big pieces of news: Road Rally Challenge to support Haiti and a chance for you to get 50% of your entry back…
HAITI - Last month’s earthquake in Haiti may have moved from the front page of the paper and the headlining story on the news, but it’s still very much on our minds. While emergency efforts are under way, the people of Haiti face a long and grueling recovery and need our continued support for the long road ahead. That’s why the Road Rally Challenge would like to help by donating 25% of our net income to the purchase of supplies that are desperately needed. Every day items we take for granted – shoes, clean socks, tents, a warm blanket, a flashlight with working batteries – are few and far between on the streets of Haiti, and much needed resources for every individual trying to piece their life back together.
In an effort to see that our funds are put to this use, we are researching foundations and organizations that are dedicated to the purchase and delivery of these physical items, not simply a monetary donation. Going forward, we pledge only to work with groups that use 100% of their donations for Haiti’s rebuilding, and we will keep every Rally participant informed as to how the donations are distributed.
50% CASH BACK - All entries received between February 25th and Sunday March 14th will be entered in a draw that will take place during the drivers meeting. Two entries will be drawn and receive 50% of their entry fee back in hard, cold cash. You can pay with either a credit card or a check. Just click the registration tab on our website (www.roadrallychallenge.com) and follow the directions.
