I AM LOOKING TO BUY A LOW MILEAGE 491 OPTION 411 84. THIS CAR HAS A VIN # WPOAB----. THE SPEDOMETER IS IN KM/H. THIS IS AN AMERICAN CAR. WHY WOULD THIS HAVE A EURO SPEEDO? WHAT IS A GOOD PRICE FOR AN EXCELLENT CONDITON 61K MILE CAR? THANX
