Car starts - I can get it in gear but car will NOT move one inch! It's like the hand break is on orlike thereis a piece of wood under tires that is stopping it. I tried reverse too. Has anyone ever had such a problem??

 

When you move the emergency brake up and down do you feel tension on it?
